1 on Ross is a guest house, consisting of 4 cottages nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Henry Road. It has a large garden. There is a pool, outdoor seating areas, and braai facilities on request. Filtered borehole water is used, all units have rechargeable lights, and adequate off-street parking is provided behind an automatic gate.
DSTV is available in all units when there is electricity. Each unit is equipped with a basic allocation of a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, and cutlery. Fibre Wi-Fi is uninterrupted, even during load shedding. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and braai facilities. Secure off-street parking with remote access is provided. 1 on Ross is conveniently situated close to private schools.
The Flatlet is up a short flight of stairs and consists of a separate carpeted bedroom, lounge with kitchenette, and bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with twin beds that convert into a king-size bed. The lounge offers 2 couches for comfortable seating. These sleeper couches convert into single beds for extra accommodation. The well-equipped kitchenette has a stove with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
The Cottage has one bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, a lounge with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a seating area in a small garden.
The Single Unit offers fairly basic accommodation for a single person in a smaller room. It has a double bed, table with chair and small kitchenette with bar fridge and microwave oven. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The Annexe is a very large, secluded, carpeted bedroom with a kitchenette and bathroom, situated at the end of the main house. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with bedside tables on either side and a single bed. The bathroom is large, with basins, a walk-in shower, a big bath, and toilet. There is also a large desk, small dining table and chairs.
