Old tired house in a great area. Location is super. 5-minute drive from the beach and local shopping centre. Spacious house and garden, but the 'garden' space is sand and old grass. The house is old and in need of a revamp. Cleanliness in the bedrooms is good - clean bedding and towels, etc. Water pressure is great, but shower heads need replacing. The kitchen is in need of a huge overhaul - deep cleaning ASAP - but more generally has old cupboards, crockery, and pots, no oven, and an antique toaster. New place on the market, so the owner needs a few tips, e.g. it is nice to leave an extra bin bag for guests staying more than a few nights. Pet friendly was a big plus - safe enclosed garden all around.
