Awful service from host. We stayed at 14 Milkwood for 4 nights in April, our experience with the host has been extremely challenging. The lack of communication before and after the trip has been tough, we had to leave a breakages deposit which should have been refunded within 10 working days. It has taken double that time and lot of chasing to get it refunded, communication during this time was terrible, many emails recieved no response at all. The house is amazing, stunning property and views over the ocean. The outdoor area needs some attention, it could do with a power wash. The Jacuzzi wasn't working during our stay and is very old. We were comensated R300 a night which is just rediculous considering we hired this property for the amazing facilities. I believe this has been an on going issue, reading previous reviews on other sites. I would really consider booking through an alternative host, as tempting as this house looks it's not worth the pain of dealing with Zimbali Homes.
