Welcome to Your Home Away from Home
We’re delighted to host you and hope you enjoy your stay in Strand! To make sure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our house rules:

No Smoking
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere on the property.

No Parties or Events
To maintain a peaceful environment, no parties or events are allowed. Music or sound systems are not permitted, and noise levels must be kept low at all times. Quiet hours are from 22:00 onwards.

No Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property.

Guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property and to stay overnight. No day visitors or additional overnight guests can be accommodated.

Noise Levels
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 08:00, to respect our neighbours.

Use of Appliances
Treat the apartment as you would your own home. Report any damages or losses immediately and use all appliances as intended.

Damage and Breakages
We understand accidents can happen! Please let us know if something breaks so that we can address it. Significant damage may result in additional charges.

Cleaning & Dishes
For stays of 4 days or longer, fresh towels will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost — just let us know in advance.

Garbage & Recycling
Please place all rubbish in the designated bins.

Security
Ensure all doors, windows, and the main gate are securely locked when leaving the property.

Water & Electricity
Please use water sparingly and switch off lights and appliances when not in use.

Accessibility
Please note that the apartment is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for small children, elderly guests, or those with mobility challenges.

Additional Information
The flatlet is attached to the main house, but guests have their own private entrance, a small braai area (please bring your own firewood), and access to the swimming pool. The owners live on the property and are available if needed.
