Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
This is a non-smoking unit.
A refundable key and breakage deposit of R1000 will be required, payable in advance prior to check in directly to the owner by EFT. The breakage deposit will be refunded by EFT within 3 days after departure provided all is in order.
Light cleaning during your stay can be arranged at an extra cost per clean (excluding laundry). This must be arranged prior to check-in if required and paid together with the breakage deposit.
Late check-in and early check-outs can be arranged upon prior request. Normal check-in hours is from 14:00-18:00 and check-out is from 07:00-10:00.
COVID 19: The unit is decontaminated between bookings and should a lockdown be announced bookings will be refunded or moved to a later available date at the guests request.
