House Rules
Guests included in the booking are the only guests permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests, including children and infants, are not allowed without prior arrangement. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Day visitors are not permitted without prior arrangement with the hosts. Guests are requested to respect their neighbours, and loud music is not allowed. Quiet hours apply after 22:00.
Guests are kindly requested to rinse off sand at the outdoor beach shower before entering the unit or using the pool. Please note that guests are required to bring their own towels.
No foreign objects may be flushed down the toilets. Pets are not allowed in the complex or apartment.
The unit is not serviced daily; however, a cleaning service can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
Secure covered parking is available for one vehicle, and additional parking may be available on request at an additional cost. Please note that there are stairs leading from the parking area to the unit.
This is a family-friendly complex where children may be playing in the communal areas. A communal laundry facility is available and operates with a chip system.
