House Rules

A maximum of 6 guests are allowed in the unit.
No parties allowed.
A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed for this unit.
No pets are allowed.
No parties, events or gatherings are allowed.
No smoking is allowed in this unit. Guests can use the patio to smoke.
No noise after 22:00.
The gate to the beach must be locked at all times.
The pool: All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No eating or drinking in the pool.
The complex is guarded with 24-hour security, however, it remains your responsibility to keep your vehicles, trailers and all valuables locked and safe.
Please do not feed the vervet monkeys.
