The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
A non-refundable once-off booking fee of R 500 is charged.
Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.
Accommodation strictly restricted to a maximum of 5 persons.
No raucous parties and/or large visitor groups.
No loud music, loud talking or shouting especially after 9 pm.
Parents requested to control young children from any unruly and/or destructive behaviour.
Strictly no smoking in the apartment.
Strictly no eating and drinking alcohol in bedrooms.
Please adhere to body corporate rules.
Please keep in mind this beautiful development is still undergoing construction which is expected to be completed by the March 2019. During peak holiday periods construction will be stopped.
