Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighbouring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 22:00 – 8:00), and upon arrival and departure.
Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in the price.
Please note that check-out time is 10:00 am.
Any time guests leave the house, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are properly shut and locked to maintain security and prevent weather damage.
Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children and pets at all times.
No smoking is permitted inside. Outside are ample ashtrays; please use them.
Guests are responsible for any damage sustained to the house and its furnishings during their stay.
