236A on 11th Street is a self-catering holiday house located in Hermanus, a popular holiday town on the southern coast of the Western Cape. It is world-famous for having fantastic land and boat based whale watching. Its scenic beauty, mild climate, outdoor activities, rich floral kingdom, and its close proximity to Cape Town make it the ideal base from which to explore the Cape Overberg.
This double storey house can comfortably accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The main bedroom is upstairs and contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with a single bed, are also located upstairs. These bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a living room upstairs with a fireplace, a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom, containing a single bed, is located downstairs and opens to the courtyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge and a flat-screen TV.
The house features a lovely deck area with built-in braai facilities and outdoor furniture. The patio offers views of the ocean, mountain and the town of Hermanus. A single garage is available and has direct access into the house.
