Perfekte familie vakansie! 3 Zimbali Villa is ruim en baie goed ingerig vir 'n familie vakansie met kinders om dit so gemaklik as moontlik vir almal te maak. Die huis bied verskeie kuier- en speelareas vir die hele familie om saam te kan kuier en hulself uit te leef.

Unprofessional, average stay. There was no correspondence from the host until numerous calls had to be made to the call centre. Only to receive feedback from the host that they have not received payment confirmation. Payment was made in January already for the booking in February, hence I had to call the agent to resend to the host. I was only able to get in contact with the host 48 hours before my trip, which I had to initiate and complete the documents within 24 hours. There were some drawers locked and some left open. We were asked why the drawers that were locked were opened with a picture of cling wrap used, which made no sense to spend over 10k to open a drawer for cling wrap. Check-in states 2 pm but apparently it's changed to 3 pm. It also says the host will meet you at the gate, but you had to go to the Welcome Centre, and I only knew this because of other stays at Zimbali.

Perfect for a family getaway. Amazing sea views, very secure. The kids' playroom with toys was a very nice personal touch for a family vacation. Beautiful home, very well furnished. Amazing sea views from two of the bedrooms. Overall great value for money. Would prefer air cons over fans in the bedrooms, but there is a mobile air con in the lounge. A bit disappointed that the pool was not clean, but there is an amazing public pool within the estate. Kitchen had all the utensils we required, well equipped with appliances. Braai facility on the property with both gas and charcoal braai stands. The Fireroom restaurant on the estate has amazing food. It's perfect for a family getaway .

A beautiful serene place which would be our new holiday home. We had a wonderful stay. Vicki was exceptionally good and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and really restful. We loved every moment.
