Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
"Guests may be required to top up electricity or water for stays longer than seven days.
Daily cleaning and laundry services are available on request during your stay at an additional cost.
Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00, and guests are asked to be mindful at all times.
Keys may only be handed to the booking holder.
Laundry may not be hung on balconies.
Smoking and the use of drugs or any other substances are strictly prohibited.
Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund and may incur additional cleaning or damage fees. No pets are allowed. Please note that most of the apartments are equipped with pay-as-you-go electricity and water meters. To ensure a comfortable stay, each unit is generously pre-loaded with an average usage allowance for a small family. For stays of 7 days or more, guests may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water. This policy promotes responsible consumption and helps keep costs manageable for both guests and property owners.
