Vuil, braaigeriewe pateties, meubels en toerusting onvoldoende. Hoegenaamd nie! Vuil en moes braaiplek self skoonmaak.

Mediocre. Firstly, when we entered, the place didn't smell nice - it smelt of fish. There were no detergents for the dishwasher or washing machine. There was only one set of towels for the entire week that we were there. There was no cleaning service during our 7-night stay. The host never mentioned that there was a (door) on the balcony that opened and closed, and the night that we had a braai was absolutely horrific with the wind. There was no mop and the ironing board was broken. I am still waiting for the return of my deposit, which is now 2 weeks overdue, and the host mentioned that it takes 7 days. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. As these are self-catering apartments and not serviced apartments, guests are advised as to what is supplied in each unit. A quick phone call to one of the contact numbers you had would have alleviated all of the above you mentioned.
