A R500 Damage Deposit that is refundable after the inventory of unit is checked after Check-Out. These fees must be paid at 4 Summer Place directly. We only accept EFT payments.
Please note that there is no cleaning during your stay. We offer additional cleaning services for guests who would like to have a daily cleaner in the unit.
Please bring own beach and bath towels.
