Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit of R1,000 is charged per booking made.
The breakage deposit will be refunded after inspection, should there be no breakages or damages to the property.
The balance must be paid in full 1 week before arrival.
Guests will also receive a separate booking contract to read and complete, which must be returned to the agent.
No arrivals are accepted on Christmas Day, Day of Goodwill, or the 1st of January.
Cleaning is not done during the occupation.
No student bookings or parties and events are permitted.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the unit.
One small dog is allowed.
No parties or overcrowding is allowed; you will immediately forfeit your entire booking amount and breakage deposit, and be removed from the property.
Quiet hours at all properties between 22:00 and 08:00., Please be mindful of your surroundings, no loud music or TVs, and no screaming children.
