Description
The unit comprises 3 bedrooms. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms each furnished with a double bed while the third bedroom is located downstairs and has a double bed as well. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, guests have to walk through the 1 bedroom to use the bathroom. Downstairs is a small living area with a TV and full DStv, a second bathroom fitted with a shower as well as a kitchen. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave, stove and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The stairs to the loft are very steep and are therefore not suitable for toddlers or the elderly. Linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is separate from the main house and has its own entrance, garage and courtyard.

Conduct rules:
The unit accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children under 12.
No groups of young adults or students are allowed.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 until 07:00.
The neighbours must always be considered. No loud music or parties are allowed at the unit or any other behaviour that is disturbing the other occupants of the complex.
No extra guests are allowed.
No smoking in the unit.
If the guests do not adhere to these rules they will be asked to leave without any refunds.
