House Rules
Pets are welcome with prior arrangements; however, pets are not permitted on furniture.
Guests are responsible for any breakages, damage, or loss that may occur during their stay. All use of the property and its facilities is at the guests’ own risk, and the homeowners cannot be held liable.
Strict noise policies are in place, and guests are kindly requested to refrain from excessive noise or playing loud music. Parties such as 21st birthdays, matric celebrations, or any other parties are not permitted.
Guests under the age of 21 are not allowed on the property without proper adult supervision. Only the number of guests specified in the booking is permitted to use the property.
Chopping wood with an axe is strictly prohibited, and furniture may not be moved under any circumstances. Please note that no refunds are available for shortened stays.
Guests are advised to bring their own lamps or flashlights in the event of load-shedding.
