Description
74 Eden Sands is a lovely 2-bedroom unit on the ground floor and offers ocean views and direct access to the beach. The unit is situated in Kingsburgh, Amanzimtoti close to several shops. There are steps leading from the parking area to the unit. It is a self-catering apartment which can accommodate a group or a family of maximum 4 adults and 1 child.
The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second room has 2 single beds. There is a sleeper couch in the living area suitable for a child. Fans are available in each room. The rooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Guests please need to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area has a kitchen that is fully equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and a 2-plate stove. The lounge is equipped with DStv with basic channels.
The complex is very secure with electrical fencing and security guards. Safe undercover parking is available for 1 vehicle. Guests have access to the pool as well as the braai facilities in the complex, and there are lovely gardens. We are just a short drive from various shops, restaurants and only 10 km from the Gallaria Mall where all the fun is.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
