Unfortunately, your complaint about the floor not being as clean as you would have liked would have been easily and quickly remedied when we spoke soon after your arrival. We explicitly request that guests do this. As I only found out after reading your review and phoning, I cannot do anything except apologise. The cleaning staff have been made aware of the issue, and action has been taken. I am pleased to hear that you nevertheless enjoyed your stay. Regards, Colin
