Nice location and complex but needs updating, a coat of paint and a deep clean. We enjoyed the location, but the property was problematic. The hot water tap in the kitchen was broken, there were no mats to properly wipe off your feet, the double mattress needs replacing and could do with a deep clean. It could also use a table for sitting outside. What looks like mould is on the living room ceiling, probably from the aircon, which in the living room was very efficient.

Complex great. Lots of cockroaches in the kitchen and rooms, especially in the cracks and broken areas of the kitchen cabinets, need an upgrade and some modern bedding would also make a big difference. No meat bowl for the braai. Will definitely book again, but not unit 9.
