AAA Accommodation is situated in the heart of Lynnwood, within a secure boomed-off area with 24-hour security. Offering comfortable and convenient accommodation, the property is ideally located close to major routes and local amenities, making it suitable for both business and leisure travellers.
Accommodation is offered in 3 rooms, namely the Golden Room, the Steelbed Room, and the Outside Room. The Golden Room and Steelbed Room are accessed via a staircase through the main house and share 2 bathrooms, making them ideal for families or groups of up to 4 guests travelling together.
The Golden Room is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes air conditioning, a fan, an OpenView TV, a fridge-freezer, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The Steelbed Room is furnished with a double bed and features a fan, microwave, fridge, kettle, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. These rooms share 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a bath, washbasin, and toilet, and the other fitted with a shower and washbasin. Guests also have access to a pyjama lounge.
The Outside Room has a private entrance and accommodates 2 guests in 2 single beds. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. The room also features a private patio and a shaded carport. Please note that parking is suitable for smaller vehicles only, and arrangements will need to be made for larger vehicles.
Guests can relax beside the swimming pool or on the patio overlooking the garden. Braai facilities are available for outdoor dining, while the communal lounge features full DStv. Complimentary uncapped Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Secure on-site parking is provided within the boomed-off area, which benefits from 24-hour security patrols. The property also offers convenient access to the N1, R21, and N4 highways and is located close to shopping centres, restaurants, and other amenities.
