Breakage Deposit

House Rules
No additional guests are allowed to sleep in the living room, sunroom, or other common areas. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets may be accommodated only by prior arrangement and are not permitted on beds or furniture.
The property is equipped with an alarm system and armed response. There is no air conditioning, central heating, TV, DVD, or DStv. Parking is available on the driveway and on the street; there is no garage access. House servicing is available Monday to Friday by arrangement at an additional cost.
