House Rules
No additional guests are allowed to sleep in the living room, sunroom, or other common areas. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets may be accommodated only by prior arrangement and are not permitted on beds or furniture.
The property is equipped with an alarm system and armed response. There is no air conditioning, central heating, DVD, or DStv. Safe parking is available on the driveway and on the street; there is no garage access.

The cleaning fee covers the exit cleaning after your stay. If you require additional services such as extra linen or towel changes, cleaning agents or extra products such as toilet paper, these can be arranged at an extra cost.
