House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed inside the estate premises.
No student groups for any events will be permitted.
Parties or noise disturbances are not allowed as per management rules.
No unauthorized guests or day visitors are allowed.
The guest’s vehicle details will be requested for estate access.
Housekeeping service is available on alternate days except for Sundays & public holidays.
