Not a 4 star facility. I had eye surgery on both eyes, and we asked for a ground floor unit. When we got there, it was up outside wooden stairs to a unit on the 2nd floor. The unit looked like it was put together with all the furniture they no longer use in the house. We had lukewarm water in the shower in the morning. This is definitely not a 4 star facility.
