Lacked customer service. The geyser was switched on late, resulting in a cold shower for my wife. Other guests had to wait before hot water was available. This was annoying as we travelled on motorbikes and a hot shower was all we wanted after a long day.

We had arrived late around 19:30; however, we kept the owner informed of our late arrival time, and they were kind enough to accommodate this.
