Had a wonderful time and will definitely return. The hosts are tremendous! The breakfast is a spread fit for a king! Absolutely beautiful setting.

Rustige atmosfeer, heerlike kos, professionele dienslewering. Die verblyf was rustig en ontspanne. Die tuin is besonders. Die kamers is skoon, netjies en word gediens. Ontbyt is baie goed en voldoen aan almal se behoeftes. 'n Aand spyskaart is ook beskikbaar. Dit sluit vegetariese disse in. Die kos word met sorg voorberei, is vars en uiters smaaklik. Sal beslis teruggaan.

Average. Rooms are clean and have basic appliances. It's not wow, but has everything. There is a lack of packing space or somewhere to put things. You have 2 people in a room but only 1 towel rack? They only provided 4 hangers. Really? For 2 people? On arrival, we only had 1 toilet roll for 2 people for 3 nights, 4 days, really? Staff is friendly and it's super quiet. Breakfast is great, with a nice variety of options, but you need to ask for tea and coffee. After 2 cups, you will be charged, which I can understand, but I feel as a guest you are paying for it. I feel they could have had a table for tea and coffee where you can help yourself instead of asking every time. Don't think about questioning the head chef. She's got attitude and doesn't take a second to hear what you are saying. We ordered food at the lodge one night. Food is great and they have a variety of options and foods that you can't get nearby. So I just found myself asking for things all the time, which is okay, but I shouldn't need to all the time. I found them a bit stingy.

Dear Katherine Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. Guest reviews are valued as they help identify areas where improvements can be made. The décor and furnishings at Andelomi are intentionally selected to reflect the natural surroundings and forest setting. While this style may not appeal to everyone, it is part of the overall character and atmosphere the property aims to offer. Rooms are serviced daily, with amenities such as towels, toiletries, and toilet paper replenished as needed. Should a guest request privacy or no service, this preference is always respected. Tea and coffee facilities are provided in each room for guests’ convenience. A communal station was previously available but has since been discontinued, and the current in-room offering forms part of the standard amenities. Feedback regarding staff interactions is taken seriously. The team strives to remain courteous and professional at all times, and any instances where this may not have met expectations are noted. The intention at Andelomi is to offer generous hospitality within the scope of its grading and pricing, and guest feedback on value is always reviewed carefully. Just not my type of place with a noisy bar fridge and artificial air freshener. Very basic but okay if other places are booked.

Hidden Gem. Great stay! The room was fresh and clean. Upon arrival the heaters were already on and warmed up for us. The attention to detail and service was impressive. Be sure to try their homemade pot brood and jam. Quiet, hidden spot in Tsitsikamma made a perfect getaway!

Dit was 'n droom wat waar geword het, ons het die verblyf baie geniet, heerlike etes en vriendelike personeel, veral Britney en Sinobia was baie bedagsaam en wou altyd weet of alles nog okei was. Baie dankie vir 'n heerlike wegbreek, sal beslis weer kom. Kan nie veel sê nie, behalwe dat dit absoluut wonderlik was, hou van die intieme atmosfeer van die eetkamer en die beddens was hemels om in te slaap. Kamers was ook heerlik warm en niks was te veel moeite vir personeel om ons verblyf so gerieflik moontlik te maak nie. Baie dankie

Baie aangename verblyf! Baie netjies en skoon. Vriendelik ontvang. Rustige atmosfeer omring deur plante en boomvarings. Uitstaande ontbyt is puik aangebied en bedien deur 'n vriendelike en bekwame sjef en kelnerin!

Pragtige kamers in mooiste omgewing. Ons het heerlik gebly in die pragtige kamers met uitsig op mooi gevestigde tuin. Kan die plek beslis aanbeveel.
