House Rules
Please note that no music, partying or loud noise is allowed.
- A breakage deposit will be charged, it must be paid with the balance of your booking amount 7 days before your arrival. Failure to pay the balance on-time will result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit forfeited. The breakage deposit will be refunded by Asher’s In The Strand within 7 days of the guests vacating the premises, after the following charges have been deducted: breakages, damages, losses.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
- Pets are very welcome by prior arrangement. Pets must be free of fleas and ticks on arrival.
- A set of hand towels provided for each bathroom
- Please bring own beach and bath towels.
- The guest/s and all occupants occupy the property at his or her own risk. In the event of an accident or any injury, neither the owner nor the letting agent shall be held responsible for any loss of whatsoever nature incurred by the guest/s or any other occupants occupying the property. The guest/s and any other occupants further exempt the owner and letting agent from any such claims that may arise against him/her as a result thereof.
- The owner and/or letting agent shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to the cancellation of a paid booking where the reasons are due to major events/accidents beyond the owner’s / tenant’s control and which renders the property not suitable for occupancy.
- Asher’s In The Strand is a privately owned, self-catering holiday home and reserves the right to admission.
