House Rules
Guests are kindly reminded that this is a guesthouse, not a hotel. On a typical day, the dedicated team is available on-site from 07:00 to 16:00.
The host will provide an emergency contact number for after-hours assistance during each stay. While guests are on the property, the host remains accessible via WhatsApp and is only a phone call away.
Should guests wish to make a reservation or have any queries outside of these hours, they are encouraged to email the host, who will respond within 24 hours.
The team is always happy to assist with all aspects of each stay; however, there are practical limits. Turn-down service is not offered, but fresh linen, crockery, and glassware can be provided upon request if items have been used during the day following room servicing.
Assistance with luggage is gladly offered, although guests are asked to be mindful that if an item is too heavy for them to carry, it may also be too heavy for staff.
Every effort is made to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay, and a few measures have been put in place to support this. Guests are kindly requested to take a moment to familiarise themselves with the house rules.
