House Rules
Please remember that we are a guesthouse, not a hotel. On a regular day, our passionate team is available on site from 07:00 to 16:00.
We will provide you with an emergency number for after-hours service during your stay. While you are staying with us, we are available via WhatsApp and are just a phone call away.
If you wish to make a reservation or have any queries outside these hours, please email us, and we will respond within 24 hours.
We love to assist with all aspects of your stay. However, even our team reaches its limits. We don't offer turn-down service, but we are happy to provide fresh linen, crockery, and glasses if you have used them during the day after room service.
We're happy to assist with your luggage. Just keep in mind - if you can't carry your suitcase, neither can we.
We try our utmost to keep your stay sweet and amazing, and have put a few measures in place. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our house rules.
