Comfortable house, great location. Overall, it was a good stay. Frustrations, however, included no upfront instructions on how to enter the property or operate the house alarm; we arrived at the pre-confirmed time and were only assisted and provided with entrance instructions an hour after arrival. The fridge did not work throughout the duration of our five-day stay, and the pool pump needed attention. Whilst the owner did respond to issues that were communicated, there was no caretaker to follow up and attend to these issues. Guests were expected to be home at certain times to open and let in the electrician, maintenance and cleaning staff, switch off the water well pump, etc. For the price we paid, quicker follow-up regarding the fridge, more privacy, and less back-and-forth regarding general maintenance items would have been appreciated. We requested a refund for the inconveniences experienced. We recommend that guests receive upfront instructions on how to enter the property and operate the alarm, and that, if the owner is not present, someone meets guests to explain all expectations, as stipulated in the website’s booking confirmation email. We also recommend that dishwashing liquid and refuse removal bags be provided for guests to use.

Lovely, relaxed and safe. The house was so relaxed and safe. We were very happy with the hostess. Would book the house again for a lovely stay.

Definitely not happy at all especially going with kids, it was not great. Firstly what you see in the photos and what you get is two totally different places, the photos were lovely, but the place was totally disgusting and not what was shown in the photos. Very disappointed actually.

Very relaxing and beautiful home, very close to the beach. Loved it and will go back there again. The home had all the appliances and everything we needed.
