House Rules
Two sets of keys are provided, each with a remote for the gate and alarm system. The unit includes two dedicated parking bays at Avalon 4.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect neighbouring residents. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and pets are not permitted. Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings during their stay, as the owner cannot be held liable for any loss or theft.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property or its contents. An inventory list will be provided and must be checked by no later than day two of the stay, after which it will be collected by the host at a mutually convenient time.
The owner accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to guests’ belongings. Use of the property and its amenities is entirely at the guests’ own risk.
