Bali Hai is a residential complex and has a strict policy regarding noise.
Please note that bookings are not allowed for unaccompanied guests under the age of 25.
A basic 1-hour cleaning service is provided from Monday to Sunday, with the exception of public holidays. This service does not include the washing of dishes.
2 Night bookings have an extra laundry charge of R400

3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules.
