Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A breakage deposit fee of R1000 is payable in cash or card on arrival for the apartment and is refundable within 5 working days after check-out via EFT. Breakages and damages will be deducted from the deposit amount.
No Matric Rage bookings, or bookings of persons younger than 21 years, are permitted. Keys will not be handed to students who have had bookings done by parents.
