The guesthouse is a self-catering property.
Housekeeping is not provided on Sundays or public holidays.
Quiet time is observed from 22:00 to 06:00. Guests are kindly requested to respect other guests during these hours.
The guesthouse does not accommodate large groups and is not rented out as a whole.
All bookings are for individual rooms only.
No smoking inside the rooms or inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside only.
No visitors allowed without prior arrangement with the owner.

Guests are requested to be considerate of other guests, especially regarding noise levels.
Air-conditioning is only available in the upstairs Quadruple Room.
Other rooms are fitted with fans only.
The upstairs Quadruple Room is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for elderly guests or guests with limited mobility.
