One parking space per unit. Please arrange in advance if bringing a trailer, as parking is limited.
Units are non-smoking; smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Alcohol abuse and loud music are prohibited.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 06:00.
Check-in is between 14:00 and 19:00.
No outside visitors are allowed; the property is exclusively for paying guests.
Guests are responsible for any damage to items in the unit.
Please switch off air conditioners when leaving the unit.
