Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The breakage deposit of R1500 payable directly to the property is due on the day the booking is paid for by the guest.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
No house parties allowed in the apartment. Excessive noise may result in the security asking the guests to vacate the property and no refund will be given.
All conduct and safety rules of the building must be adhered to. Notices are put up all around the building and in the elevators.
The breach of rules may result in the venue management asking guests to vacate the premises. Note that no refund will be given.
The washing machine and tumble drier are on prepaid electricity, should guests need to use them, they have to recharge electricity.
Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels, as all bed linen will be provided.
