Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No loud noise or disorderly conduct is permitted. Please keep noise levels down after 9 pm.
Please be aware of monkeys in the area – do not leave doors or windows open unattended.
Black refuse bags must be kept inside the unit or disposed of in the green bins provided in the complex.
The unit is strictly limited to a maximum of 2 occupants.
A once-off exit cleaning fee applies. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.
Please do not lock the house keys inside the apartment.
Fines may be issued for any breach of the house rules.
