Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, all guests are required to adhere to the following house rules. The host will provide a document that must be signed prior to arrival.

All guests must provide the full names of everyone staying at the property at least 48 hours before arrival.

On the day of arrival, a valid photo ID matching the submitted names must be presented for each guest.

Keys will be issued only after verification has been completed.

Guests are required to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Loud music, disturbances, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted at any time. Guests are expected to respect neighbours and keep noise levels low throughout their stay.

The property is monitored by external security cameras for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the accommodation.

Guests must comply with all posted hot tub rules at all times. Any misuse may result in immediate termination of the stay.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment, and any damages will be charged at replacement cost.

Cleaning staff may access the property during the stay to maintain cleanliness. Guests should inform the hosts of any specific housekeeping needs.

Pets are only allowed with prior written approval from the hosts.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, with all waste disposed of responsibly.

Guests acknowledge that a house manual is available and agree to read it on arrival and follow all rules contained in it. Guests also confirm that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions on the website and agree to comply with them.

The barn is completely separate from the main house. Guests have access only to the barn and its private patio areas, and the main house facilities, including the swimming pool, are not included in the rental.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. Adherence to these rules is essential to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
