Beachfront Barn Retreat with Private Patio, Braai, Hot Tub and direct beach access offers a relaxed coastal stay in a stylish, fully self-contained barn on the same property as the main house. The barn has its own private entrance, patio, and outdoor facilities, providing privacy and independence while the owners reside separately in the main house.
The barn can sleep 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed that can be converted to twins on request. The bathroom is modern and fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The spacious open-plan living area with a lounge, dining, and kitchen, is designed for comfortable and easy living. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. For work and entertainment, the barn offers a dedicated workstation, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 75-inch TV with Netflix and premium YouTube.
Large stacking doors open fully onto a sunny private patio, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow. The outdoor area is exclusive to the barn and includes comfortable lounge seating, a dining table for alfresco meals, a gas braai, and a private wood-fired hot tub.
The barn is completely separate from the main house. The main house facilities, including the swimming pool, are not included in the barn rental. Guests have access only to the barn and its private patio areas as described.
With direct beach access, modern comforts, and a calm, private setting, the barn is ideal for couples, friends, or small families looking for a stylish seaside escape that is close to nature and fully self-contained.
