This is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties, no events and no extra guests allowed on the property. Maximum of 6 guests only. No noise after 10pm. If you break anything, you pay for it. R500-00 for lost gate remote, R 1000-00 for loss of front door key as I have to get in a lock smith.
