Awesome! The people working on the farm are super friendly and helpful. We had issues with our tent, but Jaco and Elise really went out of their way to help us. Thank you so much. What also amazed me was the fact that we could use our normal-sized vehicle on the farm. Bergland will definitely see us again!

Relaxing in nature. We had a great time, the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and exploring nature. The place is very relaxing, not too far from Cape Town, so it's a good breakaway for a nice mental break from the city. The ablution facility is well maintained, and the people working on the farm are friendly. It can get a bit windy now and again, but the breeze is welcomed in the hot Worcester weather. It is also beautiful to watch the stars at night.

Fantastiese naweek. We loved this campsite, we enjoyed every minute, it was peaceful. I suggest adding steps down from the top level campsites to the level where the ablutions are. The dam was low; it's summer time. We did not have time to swim in the pool as the weather was a bit cool, but next time. The staff were friendly, came and greeted us, and gave us information about the farm. Next, we are taking our bikes and hiking boots with us. We are going back. The weekend was too short.

Rustige kuier met vriende en familie. Baie rustige netjiese plek. Geen klagtes. Sal enige tyd weer teruggaan. Sal gaaf wees as hul toiletpapier kan verskaf en die winkel meer gereeld oopmaak.

Hi daar Baie dankie vir jou mooi terugvoer – ons waardeer dit opreg. Ons is baie bly om te hoor julle het die rustigheid en netheid geniet en dat julle weer sal terugkom. Dankie ook vir die voorstelle rakende die toiletpapier en die winkel se openingstye; ons neem dit beslis ter harte en sal kyk hoe ons dit kan verbeter vir ’n nog beter gaste-ervaring. Ons sien uit daarna om julle weer te verwelkom!

Cute little campsite! Our stay was great, we really enjoyed the area and cleanliness of the place. The only issue we had was with other campers playing their music way too loud. The management tried to help with this, but unfortunately, it persisted. Wish there was a no music policy instead so that you could rather enjoy the nature.

We do have a policy of soft music only until 22:00 and no music thereafter, and we always try our best to manage this when issues arise. Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to control every situation perfectly, but we do take it seriously. Baie dankie dat jy dit onder ons aandag bring. Ons is regtig jammer om te hoor dat jou ervaring met ons diens nie so vriendelik was soos wat dit behoort te wees nie. Uitgerus. Lekker gebly. Was net teleurgesteld dat ons nie kon visvang daar nie. Die dam was leeg en die ander dam wat hulle toe aanbeveel het, het geen visse gehad en was weg van die kampterrein af. Die hele doel was om te gaan visvang en sou waardeer as mens vooraf gewaarsku word dat die dam leeg is. Baie van die staanplekke vir kampeerders het ook nie meer gras nie.

Baie dankie vir jou terugvoer, ons waardeer dit opreg. Ons is regtig jammer om te hoor van die teleurstelling rondom die visvang. As gaste direk by ons bespreek en spesifiek oor visvang vra, laat ons hulle gewoonlik vooraf weet dat die damme tans baie leeg is weens die droogte wat ons hier ervaar. Ons neem jou punt egter ter harte en sal seker maak ons kommunikeer dit nog duideliker vooraf. Wat die kampplekke betref – jy is heeltemal reg. Na die besige seisoen het die gras op sekere staanplekke (veral 3 tot 5) glad nie weer herstel nie. Ons het daardie plotte nou tydelik gesluit sodat ons die gras behoorlik kan vervang en herstel. Dankie dat julle steeds by ons kom bly het, en ons hoop ons kan julle weer in die toekoms verwelkom met beter toestande. Groete
