Fantasiese plek met alles wat jy nodig het en 'n besondere uitsig. Dit was wonderlik gewees. Fantasiese plek en so pragtig. Kon nie fout vind met enige iets nie. Dit is 'n aanbeveling vir enige iemand om daarna toe te gaan.

Asemrowende uitsigte op die berge en kos vir die siel. Dit was 'n pragtige plek en ons het ons paar dae daar ongelooflik geniet! Die poue en 'n uil gehoor en tot 'n klein duikertjie gesien. Sal vir seker weer kom kuier.

Perfek. Dit was 'n onvergeetlike naweek. Die eenheid was baie goed toegerus, skoon en netjies, en die uitsig was pragtig. Alles was perfek en het bygedra tot ons wonderlike ervaring. Ons kan nie wag om volgende jaar weer terug te kom nie.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the wood-fired hot tub—that's a common learning curve for many! You're absolutely right, it's not a quick heat like an electric one. A wood-fired hot tub is designed for a slower, more deliberate heating process, typically taking 3 to 4 hours of firing to reach the ideal temperature. There's no quick way to speed this up, as it relies on the steady warmth from the fire. Detailed instructions are sent to all of our guests upon booking to ensure that they have the best possible experience. Not following these steps, or adding too much wood too quickly, as you discovered, can result in it becoming too hot or heating inefficiently. It truly is a case of following the process to achieve the best results. We're glad you had a great time despite the hot tub's learning curve, and we hope to see you again soon for another wonderful stay!

Breathtaking views, cleanliness, relaxing. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The cottage was spotless on arrival, a full kettle, biscuits, coffee, tea and the sherry was an unexpected touch. The hot tub was lovely and both fire areas were comfortable to use. The views are breathtaking and we heard and saw owls. Just absolutely amazing!
