Description
This apartment accommodates two adults and comprises one bedroom and two bathrooms. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There is a second bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet. The bedroom also includes air conditioning and opens onto a private garden patio near the swimming pool. The living area features air conditioning and a comfortable leather lounge suite, which can be replaced with a sleeper couch for an extra guest or child upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine and cooking facilities. Most plug circuits and all lights are connected to a backup power system. The main entrance is located off the walkway from the parking area. Guests have access to a dedicated parking bay with a metered 7kW electric vehicle charger.
