Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No pets are allowed.
The breakage deposit is payable before occupying the unit.
The breakage deposit must be paid via EFT directly to the owner at least 48 hours before check-in.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after vacating the unit. This will be subject to an inspection to verify no breakages or damage to the unit as well as keys and remotes.
The number of guests is not to exceed the maximum number booked and allowed.
The unit allows for 4 adults and 2 children (under the age of 13) to be comfortably accommodated
Throughout their stay, the tenant must ensure that all doors and windows are locked before leaving the premises.
Tenants are to adhere to the Body Corporate rules.
