Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The breakage deposit is payable prior to arrival and will be refunded within 3 days after check-out.
Guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels.
Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking unit.
Guests are kindly requested to use water sparingly.
Any items found to be missing from the unit will be treated as theft.
Apartment 16 accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Should the number of guests exceed four without prior notification, guests will be required to vacate the premises without a refund.
Please note that there is no daily cleaning service. Apartment 16 is a self-catering unit and is not included in the hotel’s housekeeping service.
Please note that the daily Wi-Fi and electricity allowance provided is more than sufficient for normal daily use. However, these are limited, and should guests require additional usage, this can easily be topped up at their own cost.
