Very poorly maintained and try to rip you off at every chance. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. • Cleanliness and basics: On arrival, the property had not been properly cleaned, and there were not enough towels provided. It took 24 hours for additional towels to arrive because they had apparently 'run out' that day – unacceptable for a premium rental. • Broken and missing items: Several things were damaged or missing, including sun loungers, the outdoor sofa, and internal bathroom windows. Management admitted the loungers would take three weeks to replace (despite being inexpensive models easily available online) and seemed unaware of the other issues, which suggests they rarely inspect their properties. • Appliances: The main fridge didn’t close properly, and this was clearly a long-standing problem as the freezer section was iced up by several inches. This made storing food a challenge throughout the stay. Overall, the property felt neglected, and management’s slow response and lack of attention to detail were disappointing. For the price charged, I expected far better standards and service. I would not recommend booking with a luxury rental agency.
