Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A breakage and key deposit is required per booking in accordance with standard procedures.

Guests are required to make contact via WhatsApp using the provided number prior to arrival.

Parking is limited to the designated roadside area.

Fresh towels are provided on an exchange basis, and used towels must be returned when requesting replacements. For extended stays, linen changes are available periodically in accordance with the property's procedures.

Eating and drinking are not permitted in the capsules. Dedicated communal areas are available for this purpose.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building.

Breakfast options are available on request and must be arranged in advance.

Laundry services are available on request.

Self-check-in is available by prior arrangement. Access details will be provided once the booking requirements have been completed.

Reception hours apply on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays in accordance with property operations. Arrivals outside of these times will follow self-check-in procedures.

If you are late, you will have to pay your deposit via YOCO LINK. Guests are required to provide identification for access arrangements. South Africans can do EFT immediate payments.

Check-out is required at the specified time, and keys and towels must be returned to reception upon departure. Storage of luggage after check-out is not available.

Access to Wi-Fi and entry systems is deactivated shortly after check-out time.

Quiet hours are observed between 22h00 and 10h00.

Sleeping is permitted only in designated accommodation areas, and not in communal spaces.

Illegal substances and weapons are not permitted on the premises.

All amenities, facilities, and services provided form part of the house rules and must be used responsibly at all times.

All applicable conservation or property-related fees must be clearly displayed and will apply as required.

Cancellation Policy
