Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A refundable breakage & key deposit will be required per booking. Each guest must make contact with us via Whatsapp on number provided. There is no parking other than on the side road.
If you need a fresh towel you must hand in your used towel (every 2 days).
For long stays linen change every 7 days at an additional fee of R60,00
No smoking or eating or drinking is permitted in the capsules, there are plenty of dedicated spaces.
A continental breakfast is available for an extra cost. There is also a cheaper breakfast option.
A laundry service is available at an additional fee.
Self-check in facility is available but should be arranged prior to arrival, via WA.
Mon-Fri: 11am-4pm (self-check-in possible; if your breakage/key deposit is paid including your stay amount). Book yourself in anytime. There will be a surcharge on your Yoco link for this self help book-in, at any time.
- Weekends & public holidays: 11am-1pm only.
If you are late, you will have to pay your deposit via YOCO LINK - Send your ID or Passport for access codes, this will be treated as a self check-in. South Africans can do EFT immediate payments.
Check-Out at 10am sharp - Late check-out = extra night fee or lose your deposit. Bring keys and towel(s) to reception and collect refund. Pls note we do not keep luggage after you’ve booked out, so plan your last day properly. Card Payment Fee: 12% surcharge. Pls be aware of breakage/key deposit and your cleaning fee will be once off, whether you stay 1 day or 10+.
Wi-Fi & Access Codes removed at 10.15am on check-out day, giving you enough time to order your Uber.
Quiet times are from 10pm to 10am.
No Eating/Drinking In Capsules - we take special care of our linen and mattresses and don't want these stained with liquids or suntan lotions etc. No sleeping in chill room – pls sleep in your capsule or dorm room. Laundry is available to guests at an additional cost. Smoking & vaping prohibited inside of building. No hard-core drugs or weapons allowed on premises. A Happy environment for Happy People !
