House Rules
Parties, gatherings, or similar events are not permitted on the property. Casa Helios maintains a peaceful environment for all residents, and guests are kindly requested to respect this atmosphere.
Quiet hours are strictly observed from 21:00 to 09:00. No loud music or noise will be tolerated during this time. If noise complaints are received, guests may be required to vacate the property immediately.
Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property; no additional visitors are allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Late arrivals after 22:00 will incur an additional fee, as determined by the owner.
Late departures will result in a fine.
Lost keys or remote controls will require payment for replacements.
